In Vortex 3.5 there are twin Top Thin Banners which you can activate together, singularly, or not at all by a control in the "Header" tab of the Control Panel.
There is also a control option to show/hide the top thin banners for each individual page you publish.
Switcher: You can also flip the positions of the Top Thin Banners so that they appear above or below each other according to your preferences.
NB: These Top Thin Banners are HTML sensitive so you can feature hyperlinks. Also you can feature plugins such as Social Media icons and the Ditty News Ticker plugin by inserting the plugin short_code in the input box.
